Terms of Service

1. Site Purpose

The Site provides general information about commercial data cabling, structured wiring, fiber, low-voltage infrastructure, and related services. Site content is for general informational purposes and is not engineering, architectural, code-compliance, legal, safety, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals and applicable authorities for advice specific to a project or property.

2. Inquiries, Estimates, and Service Agreements

Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, calling us, or receiving preliminary information does not create a contractor-client relationship, reserve scheduling, or obligate either party to proceed. Any services will be governed by a separate written proposal, work order, statement of work, or service agreement accepted by the relevant parties. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that project.

Online descriptions, examples, timeframes, and pricing indications are not binding offers. Final scope, price, schedule, materials, warranty, and responsibilities may depend on site conditions, access, permitting, applicable codes, customer requirements, material availability, and other facts confirmed during the estimating or contracting process.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates law, infringes another person's rights, or facilitates harmful or fraudulent conduct;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, forms, or connected systems;
• Introduce malware, interfere with Site operation, overload infrastructure, or bypass security controls;
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, monitor, or extract Site content except as permitted by law or with our written permission;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, authority, project, or contact information; or
• Use Site content or our name, marks, or materials to suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

4. Information You Submit

You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you have authority to provide it, and that our use of it to respond to your request will not violate another person's rights. Do not submit confidential trade secrets or highly sensitive information through a general website form.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give us a nonexclusive permission to use, reproduce, and share that material as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, provide requested services, operate our business, and comply with law. 5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its text, graphics, layout, logos, photographs, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to Corenexxus and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from Site content without the applicable owner's permission, except as law expressly permits.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to or features provided by third parties. We provide them for convenience and do not control or endorse their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

7. Site Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, or error-free. We may correct errors or omissions without notice.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Site content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Corenexxus disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

These disclaimers apply only to the Site. Any warranties for contracted installation or other services are governed exclusively by the applicable written service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corenexxus and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Corenexxus for claims arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corenexxus and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or material you submit that infringes another person's rights.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any law that gives you a different right, courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE] will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
